Our client produces various household electrical appliances (except for electric heating production).
Job Description:
- Supporting any order issues (e.g., stuck orders) and providing resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting potential issues that cause order/operation problems.
- Following up on stock shipment for released orders in Estore MX CE & 3PD.
- Tracking orders with SCM for customized models.
- Following up on pending Delivery (IOD) and coordinating logistics.
- Manually clearing reserved stock if TEMP orders are created and the reserved amounts are not cleared.
- Creating and extending sales reports and summary reports according to TSE requirements upon approval (Jira request).
- Manually releasing orders and collaborating with the order desk and logistics team to ensure pre-order deliveries are on time.
- Sending vouchers to customers.
- Supporting urgent order requests from CS & VOC customers.
- Raising tickets for Samsung reward issues.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Annual contract, with consideration for contract renewal.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Diligent, patient, meticulous, and responsible for duties.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating purchase orders/order management.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Able to communicate in English well.
- The job interview will be held at the office.
