Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.

They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Finance Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with marketing & retail business departments to monitor the annual budget usage for expenses.
• Understanding the different nature of expenses in the marketing & retail departments and driving efficiencies/cost savings with the business team for further implementation.
• Conducting compliance approval for marketing and retail expenses, including project applications, contract applications, PO acceptance, and payment applications.
• Performing specialized analysis and regular selective examinations of marketing and retail expenses.
• Optimizing sales expense-related processes and guiding to ensure internal & external compliance of operations.
• Managing AR and reconciliation, researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as required by the management team.

Requirements:

• This position is currently outsourced; for good performance, the candidate will be offered a permanent position.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance Management / Accounting.
• 3-4 years of work experience in finance; experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Experience in account management administration, sales support/consultancy roles, operational support, or similar fields will be highly regarded.
• Sound knowledge and experience in end-to-end AR functions will be a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English; and Chinese is a plus.
• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Strong analytical skills, with precision, systematic thinking, logic, and patience to solve problems.
• Ability to work with patience and carefulness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines.
