Job Description
Our client is looking for a Nurse Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department operations, ensuring quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and implementing policies and procedures. This leadership role will contribute to the development and execution of clinical programs and promote a culture of safety and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing staff in accordance with the hospital’s mission, vision, and values.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance; facilitate training and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and improve hospital services.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively, including staffing levels and materials.
- Address patient and family concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the hospital’s operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
