Our client is a global supply chain solutions provider.

Responsibilities:

• Following up on issues and monitoring them closely.
• Analyzing identified issues.
• Providing reports and daily updates to the customer.
• Actively supporting customer requirements and projects.
• Gathering data and performing statistical analysis as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to update processes, create SOPs and work instructions, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Independently identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing improvements.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions.
• Providing proposals and presentation support for continuous improvements and potential new projects.
• Possessing knowledge of warehousing systems and leading small project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a process engineer in the warehouse industry or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Systems and WMS, such as CAD, SAP, and ERP.
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology and Principles.
• Experience in creating workflow documentation and instructions for production processes.
• Skilled in data collection and statistical analysis.
• Resourceful and capable of independently researching and applying new solutions to meet business needs.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Independent, self-motivated, process-oriented, and analytical.
• Proficient in English communication.
