Job Description
Our client is a global supply chain solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on issues and monitoring them closely.
- Analyzing identified issues.
- Providing reports and daily updates to the customer.
- Actively supporting customer requirements and projects.
- Gathering data and performing statistical analysis as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to update processes, create SOPs and work instructions, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Independently identifying process gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions.
- Providing proposals and presentation support for continuous improvements and potential new projects.
- Possessing knowledge of warehousing systems and leading small project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a process engineer in the warehouse industry or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing Systems and WMS, such as CAD, SAP, and ERP.
- Familiarity with Lean Methodology and Principles.
- Experience in creating workflow documentation and instructions for production processes.
- Skilled in data collection and statistical analysis.
- Resourceful and capable of independently researching and applying new solutions to meet business needs.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Independent, self-motivated, process-oriented, and analytical.
- Proficient in English communication.
