Responsibilities:

  • Following established procedures and guidelines for services purchased by the organization’s customers.
  • Responding to routine inquiries from the organization’s sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services.
  • Addressing water laboratory issues, analyzing problems, and providing troubleshooting solutions.
  • Conducting site surveys, product/application/system audits.
  • Following system specifications and formalized representations of solutions (e.g., flow charts, models) to configure systems that meet customer needs.
  • Preparing technical documentation to guide system users and assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
  • Developing skills and knowledge of the organization’s products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the junior member of an engineering and sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical service, service engineering, or application engineering.
  • Good knowledge of contractual service and the ability to analyze customer problems and provide solutions regarding the company’s products/applications/solutions.
  • Providing on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Possession of a personal car.
  • Holding a valid driving license.
