Our client, one of the world's leading exhibition and conference organizers and integration service providers, is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with partners on all issues to ensure projects stay on track.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Providing ongoing recommendations for the visitor campaign to deliver exhibitor benefits.
- Ensuring critical event functions are informed of event timelines and key initiatives to maximize their effectiveness across each event cycle.
- Establishing and executing effective project communication plans.
- Advising on and implementing commercial sales and marketing initiatives to promote events and conferences to potential and existing exhibitors (nationally and internationally).
- Coaching, training, and supporting team members.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, 30-45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a management-level role.
- Experience in the exhibitions industry is essential.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
