Job Description:

  • Supporting the program management team in planning and executing new model launches.
  • Coordinating activities related to new model introduction, including prototyping, testing, tooling, and documentation.
  • Tracking project timelines and milestones, identifying and escalating potential roadblocks.
  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of launch plans.
  • Coordinating communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Managing the ECN process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of change requests.
  • Receiving, reviewing, and distributing ECNs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking the status of ECNs, ensuring they are processed within established timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all ECNs, including revisions and approvals.
  • Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to assess the impact of ECNs.
  • Communicating ECN status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the ECN process.
  • Preparing quotations and billing.
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Maintaining and organizing project files and documentation.
  • Supporting other program-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with new model introduction processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Change Notice (ECN) systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
