Job Description

Our client is one of the specialists in the international logistics business.

They are currently seeking a customer service expert to join their team. Open for both officer and supervisor levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on Purchase Orders (P/O).
  • Handling bookings and schedules with the carrier.
  • Preparing and updating shipping schedules for the shipper and consignee at the destination.
  • Coordinating shipments and providing relevant information.
  • Managing customer inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
  • Preparing shipping documents and verifying commercial documents before releasing the B/L.
  • Creating invoices for collection payments and following up on overdue payments.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in customer service/operations within the import-export field.
  • Experience with sea freight forwarding.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Active, adaptive, and detail-oriented.
