Job Description

Our client’s business specializes in food packaging for the global airline industry.

Duties:

  • Working with business partners and suppliers worldwide.
  • Managing invoices, contracts, supplier details, and related documents to support customers.
  • Handling and collaborating internally for customer complaint resolution and service recovery.
  • Tracking purchase order (PO) status, booking transport, and following up with shipping agents, especially when suppliers are located outside of China.
  • Managing and updating data accuracy in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
  • Assisting with other tasks to support customers.
  • Working with Spanish-speaking chain companies for all processes.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 A.M. - 06:00 P.M.

Qualifications:

  • Age: 28 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or business support.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience in business support for the airline industry is a plus.
