Job Description
Our client’s business specializes in food packaging for the global airline industry.
Duties:
- Working with business partners and suppliers worldwide.
- Managing invoices, contracts, supplier details, and related documents to support customers.
- Handling and collaborating internally for customer complaint resolution and service recovery.
- Tracking purchase order (PO) status, booking transport, and following up with shipping agents, especially when suppliers are located outside of China.
- Managing and updating data accuracy in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Assisting with other tasks to support customers.
- Working with Spanish-speaking chain companies for all processes.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 A.M. - 06:00 P.M.
Qualifications:
- Age: 28 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or business support.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in business support for the airline industry is a plus.
