Job Description

Our client is a premier hotel located in the heart of Sukhumvit, offering exceptional hospitality services for both business and leisure travellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling banquet and event spaces for weddings, corporate meetings, seminars, and social events.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Working closely with clients from the initial inquiry through the event day to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Managing and leading the sales team, overseeing scheduling, and assigning tasks effectively.
  • Preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends.
  • Working a five-day workweek.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in event & banquet sales (weddings, conferences, and corporate events).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in team leadership, scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Must own a personal vehicle.
