Job Description
Our client is a premier hotel located in the heart of Sukhumvit, offering exceptional hospitality services for both business and leisure travellers.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling banquet and event spaces for weddings, corporate meetings, seminars, and social events.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Working closely with clients from the initial inquiry through the event day to ensure all requirements are met.
- Managing and leading the sales team, overseeing scheduling, and assigning tasks effectively.
- Preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends.
- Working a five-day workweek.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in event & banquet sales (weddings, conferences, and corporate events).
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales.
- Experience in team leadership, scheduling, and task delegation.
- Must own a personal vehicle.
