We’re looking for a Sales Specialist for one of the leading commercial and industrial home appliance solutions companies based in Thailand.

Purpose:

The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in engaging with our dealers and consultants, understanding their unique home appliance-related product requirements, and delivering customized solutions. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused individual who will bridge the gap between technical specifications and client needs, providing outstanding support to optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential and existing clients to comprehensively understand and assess their specific home appliance needs and requirements. Calculating the type and number of machines requested to match their capacity requirements.
  • Conducting a thorough analysis of the products versus competitor offerings as the superior choice in the market.
  • Collaborating with dealers and consultants to recommend optimal equipment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with the company's high-quality standards.
  • Supporting consultants by providing detailed product specifications and guidance to ensure the correct configuration and utilization of the company products.
  • Translating competitor specifications into compatible alternatives from the company, demonstrating value advantages and compatibility.
  • Developing comprehensive proposals and detailed quotations for dealers and consultants, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinating with external partners to create effective layouts and MEP designs that maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Analyzing, updating, and managing pricing structures to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive CAD and Revit symbol library to support dealers and consultants in the visualization and integration of the products into project designs.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, engineering, or technical sales role, preferably within the home appliance industry or a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for the development and maintenance of symbol libraries and project visualization.
  • Familiarity with product specification and configuration tools.
  • A deep understanding of home appliance systems and equipment, including knowledge of competitive products and industry trends, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building lasting relationships with dealers and consultants.
