Job Description
Our client is one of the specialists in the international logistics business.
They are currently seeking a customer service expert to join their team. Open for both officer and supervisor levels.
Responsibilities:
- Following up on Purchase Orders (P/O).
- Handling bookings and schedules with the carrier.
- Preparing and updating shipping schedules for the shipper and consignee at the destination.
- Coordinating shipments and providing relevant information.
- Managing customer inquiries and solving problems efficiently.
- Preparing shipping documents and verifying commercial documents before releasing the B/L.
- Creating invoices for collection payments and following up on overdue payments.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in customer service/operations within the import-export field.
- Experience with sea freight forwarding.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Active, adaptive, and detail-oriented.
