Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Team Management: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives. Providing coaching and guidance to improve performance and foster a high-performing sales culture.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitoring sales performance, providing regular updates, and reporting on key metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and budget adherence.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure alignment on product launches, promotional strategies, and customer service standards.
  • Training & Development: Continuously developing the sales team's product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and workshops.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Standards: Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in renal care in the assigned area. Experience managing a sales team is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
