Our client is an international distributor of high-quality decorative construction materials.
They are looking for a suitable candidate to join them in the position of Tarkett Sales Manager (Vinyl Tile/Flooring).
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Creating and developing sales through prospective customers, including customer visits, to achieve targets.
- Understanding and analyzing competitors’ movements and the products they offer, and reporting findings to the Sales Director.
- Analyzing the market and identifying potential customers for defined products and applications.
- Developing and planning sales strategies to enhance the company's competitive position.
- Managing and maintaining close relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continued business.
- Understanding and providing technical solutions to demanding customers.
- Developing and maintaining good relations with both new and existing customers to maintain and expand client accounts.
- Planning, preparing proposals, delivering presentations to customers, and closing orders.
- Working closely with service teams to develop solutions based on customer requirements.
- Planning and organizing sales and marketing promotional activities.
- Leading and working closely with the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Creating and planning sales strategies, implementing promotional activity plans, and coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Developing strong relationships with customers and seeking new business opportunities to support sales target achievement.
- Coaching the Assistant Sales Manager, 3 Sales Executives, and other support staff.
Qualifications:
- Male/female, Thai nationality, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Architecture, or related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of experience in sales and account management in the construction materials industry, with familiarity with all aspects of architecture and construction.
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales and marketing teams.
- Strong background in sales processes and monitoring project pipelines with ERP systems.
- Hardworking, motivated, and goal-driven with a desire to exceed goals and grow the business.
- Well-connected within the construction industry.
- Team player, dynamic and mature with a positive attitude to develop in a fast-growing company.
- Good written and spoken English for communication with suppliers.
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
