Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and oversee impactful marketing campaigns to achieve the hotel’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Leading the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive data, and guest feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing platforms, and MS Office.
    • Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
