Job Description
Our client is a comprehensive call center service provider with specialized expertise and experience, utilizing a standardized call center system built on a stable infrastructure recognized at an international level.
Responsibilities:
- Providing information and responding to customer inquiries regarding Thailand Post services through phone, chat, and email.
- Assisting customers in tracking parcel delivery statuses and resolving issues related to deliveries.
- Coordinating with internal and external departments to address and resolve customer complaints.
- Supporting non-Thai-speaking customers by using English language skills to provide assistance and answer questions.
- Offering information about new Thailand Post products and services, as well as guiding customers on service procedures and usage.
- Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism and courtesy to ensure efficient and prompt service.
- Preparing service reports and recording important data in the system as required.
- Adhering to customer service standards and company policies to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- 5 days a week with 3 shifts: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Good proficiency in English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle issues effectively.
- Responsible, honest, and customer-service oriented.
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office).
- Good typing skills: able to type at least 25 words per minute in Thai and 30 words per minute in English.
