Our client is a freight forwarding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting Sales Support team operations.
- Coordinating with clients and overseas agents for shipment arrangements.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Reviewing and preparing import/export documentation.
- Following up with agents, shipping lines, and customers.
- Improving team efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes and documentation.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
