Our client is a global automotive parts manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Gaining hands-on experience with technologies, machines, and operations through departmental rotations in the PLT/CVT plant.
- Learning tyre production processes, rubber technologies, material flow, and components to build in-depth operational knowledge.
- Participating in a 4-month shop floor experience, including shift work.
- Leading or supporting manufacturing and engineering projects within the plant and at the central level, involving R&D and business strategy.
- Completing central training to enhance technical skills, process understanding, and tyre business knowledge.
- Building a professional network with central departments and international trainees.
- Attending soft skills training in areas such as intercultural communication, CBS methods, and team building.
- Gaining a general understanding of Marketing & Sales strategies and department functions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related science field, with above-average academic results.
- Up to 2 years of work experience (a minimum of 2 years is required for Bachelor’s graduates).
- Internship experience in Manufacturing or Engineering, preferably with international exposure (8-10 months).
- Proven experience in leading project teams.
- At least 2 months of international experience (internship, study abroad, or working in multicultural teams).
- Willingness to travel overseas for training (Germany).
- Good command of English.
