- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Onboarding new employees and setting up their IT environment.
- Managing IT assets and ensuring their efficient use.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network components.
- Educating users on proper IT practices and security measures.
- Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
- Analyzing IT support activities and recommending improvements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field (preferred).
- Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to users in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with relevant IT tools and software (e.g., Microsoft 365, remote desktop software).
Location: BTS National Stadium
Working time: M-F 8:30-17:30
