Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:

    • Providing comprehensive technical support for switching power supply systems to international customers, with a primary focus on European and North American markets.
    • Conducting remote troubleshooting sessions and technical consultations with customers to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Performing on-site technical support visits when required, including international business travel.
    • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for product support and customer training.
    • Analyzing and resolving customer complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Product Management:

    • Making regular visits to manufacturing facilities in China and India for product maintenance and quality assurance.
    • Analyzing and evaluating product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to maintain product quality standards.
    • Providing technical feedback to R&D and manufacturing teams for product enhancement.
    • Monitoring and reporting on product performance trends and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of switching power supplies and CPS (Custom Power Supply) systems.
  • Experience with power electronics and power distribution systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Knowledge of international safety standards and regulations for power supplies.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25-30% of the time).
