Key Accountabilities:
- Designing, developing, leading, and implementing Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy and employee retention programs.
- Overseeing and monitoring the payroll team to ensure 100% accuracy in the company payroll system.
- Leading the C&B team in implementing employee benefits programs.
- Maintaining and updating the employee database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Supervising the team to prepare and submit corporate Human Capital (HC) reports, analyzing data to support business requirements.
- Acting as a champion and mentor for the team, providing consultancy services related to C&B to HC locations and employees.
- Collecting data and providing information for salary and benefits surveys, liaising with HC consultancy firms, and analyzing reports to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Managing the FNDT Job Evaluation process (Job Leveling).
- Providing support to the Head of Human Capital for C&B-related matters and any assigned projects.
- Designing, developing, and continuously improving C&B processes, procedures, and SOPs.
- Leading and managing the salary and C&B budget.
- Supporting the C&B Manager in managing HC compliance and labour law matters.
- Advising expatriates on visas, work permits, and personal income tax matters.
- Leading the annual salary review process, including salary increase proposals, administration, and payout.
- Overseeing and leading the development and maintenance of the company salary structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in the C&B function.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
