Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to implement and manage human resources strategies that will enable the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role is critical for ensuring the company achieves its current and future business objectives through effective HR management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and directing a variety of HR programs to meet current and future organizational needs. This includes recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Designing and implementing local HR policies aligned with corporate strategies and business needs.
- Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to adapt global best practices to local requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and external statutory requirements, including labour laws, industrial standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Managing industrial relations and supporting negotiations as required.
- Reviewing and enhancing HR processes to ensure compliance with audit and certification standards, including IATF16949, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001, and other relevant frameworks.
- Overseeing payroll administration, tax, social security, and employee allowances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating visa and work permit processes for foreign employees, adhering to applicable regulations.
- Providing comprehensive support for administrative functions and activities.
- Promoting a safe and healthy workplace by complying with HSE regulations and participating in related programs and initiatives.
- Leading efforts to meet audit standards for various organizational and external assessments, such as financial audits, HR audits, and customer audits.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Developing and implementing effective company policies and regulations.
- Executing organizational review processes.
- Delivering training programs with measurable outcomes.
Internal and External Stakeholders:
- Internal: All employees and management teams across the organization.
- External: Vendors, consultants, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment and the manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Previous experience in automotive or related industries is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong people management and leadership abilities, with experience in handling plant-level HR issues, including union negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills in both local and English languages.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP systems.
- Highly organized, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
