Principal Accountability:
- Highlighting the nutrient benefits from scientific documents for advertising purposes.
- Working closely with the Scientific Research (SR) team to identify claims for product and educational advertisements.
- Reviewing articles on marketing materials, including both educational and commercial advertisements.
- Interpreting scientific documents and writing scientific content for unbranded materials.
- Verifying marketing content for branded materials with scientific document support.
- Updating advertising control regulations (e.g., TFDA/consumer protection board).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science or related fields.
Experience / Special Skills:
- Conducting good literature reviews.
- Being able to interpret scientific messages into consumer-friendly messages.
- Demonstrating logical and systematic thinking.
- Possessing good communication skills with other functions.
- Having computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Being able to work independently and effectively under high pressure.
- Demonstrating good technical and scientific knowledge.
- Having a good command of spoken and written English.
