Our client is a leading power supply company specializing in telecom power solutions, providing related products and services to support telecom power systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting project managers with tasks such as developing standard operating procedures, compiling documents, and making appointments.
- Tracking, analyzing, and communicating project liabilities and opportunities.
- Collecting data and tracking project success metrics.
- Scheduling meetings to coordinate project work and provide status updates.
- Monitoring budgets and other financial documents and resolving any financial queries.
- Updating and using risk/opportunity registers to mitigate financial risks.
- Developing training materials.
- Following up and reporting to the project manager on the progress of the project.
- Coordinating with vendors, employees, and clients to organize project expectations.
- Monitoring and reporting on project budgets and spending.
- Evaluating and identifying challenges and utilizing resources to solve problems.
- Collaborating with team members in planning the details of upcoming projects.
- Organizing and tracking all project documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management in construction, telecom, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUM/IF) and MS Office.
- Experience coordinating with other departments within the company.
- Proven experience in managing project timelines and budgets.
- Experience coordinating with third parties, such as vendors, customers, and engineering functions.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written (email and reports).
- Working 5 days a week near MRT Pharam 9.
