General Summary of Job:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions for our growing organization. The HR Manager will manage core HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and training. The role requires balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR responsibilities to support business growth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Developing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
    • Ensuring compliance with Thai labour laws and relevant regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Communication:

    • Acting as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Handling labour relations and employee concerns professionally and empathetically.
    • Promoting core company values among employees.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
    • Facilitating onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
  • Training and Development:

    • Assessing training needs, developing training programs, and ensuring effective implementation.
    • Driving employee motivation, engagement, and retention through development initiatives.
  • Performance Management:

    • Overseeing the performance appraisal process to drive high performance.
    • Collaborating with management to establish career development plans for employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administering payroll, compensation, and benefits programs accurately.
    • Overseeing the management of employee welfare and benefit plans.
  • HR Administration and Data Management:

    • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases with accuracy.
    • Managing daily HR administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
