Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for the organization in the construction/property sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HRM and HRD, with a proven track record of success in strategic HR leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall HR operations, including HR policy development, manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll & benefits administration, training & development, employee engagement, and labor relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals to support organizational growth and employee performance.
- Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations and proactively manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Drive HRD initiatives, including competency development, performance management systems, and career development programs to support talent growth.
- Collaborate with top management and department heads on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HRM and HRD, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.
- Solid experience in the construction or property development industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
