Our client is a leading manufacturer of dispensing solutions

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all factory maintenance activities.
• Plan and assign weekly maintenance schedules.
• Inspect facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) for operational integrity.
• Work with engineering and production teams to improve machine efficiency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns and monitor repair progress.
• Oversee technician and contractor performance.
• Maintain stock levels for tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Support the creation and management of the maintenance budget.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and documentation.
• Engage in facility improvement or renovation projects.
• Adhere to and promote quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in facility or utility maintenance supervision.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance operations.
• Knowledgeable in safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Good English communication skills.
