Job Description:

  • Welcoming patients or visitors.
  • Providing basic information about the clinic's services, such as operating hours, available physicians, and service procedures.
  • Managing new patient records and updating information for existing patients accurately in the system.
  • Preparing and verifying related documents, such as referral forms, health insurance forms, or payment information.
  • Receiving and recording patient appointments in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Education level: High school diploma (Grade 12) or higher.
  • Possessing Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification at levels N3, N2, or N1.
  • Ability to work in shifts, with the latest shift ending at 8:00 PM.
