Job Description:
- Arranging appointments between executives and internal/external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers.
- Maintaining the executive’s schedule and providing timely reminders for appointments.
- Preparing and compiling engineering-related information and documents as assigned by the executive.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Summarizing and reporting meeting outcomes and project progress to the executive.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Managing and securing confidential documents and information for both the executive and the company.
- Maintaining an organized database and strictly upholding confidentiality.
- Drafting and responding to internal and external communications in both Thai and English as instructed by the executive.
- Preparing and reviewing documents and reports before presenting them to the executive for approval or distribution to relevant parties.
- Studying and reviewing international contracts to provide key insights.
- Handling other coordination tasks with internal and external parties as assigned.
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 - 18:00 (2 Saturdays per month).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience in the Construction Industry.
- Experience as a Project Engineer/Project Secretary/Project Manager.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
