Role Overview:

They are looking for a finance professional to lead costing processes and ERP implementation for the company's global production entities. This role will involve overseeing standard costing, managing financial data, and driving process improvements to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading ERP implementation for financial functions related to costing.
• Serving as a bridge between finance and IT teams for ERP integration.
• Overseeing standard costing systems and simplifying budget processes.
• Managing master data and cost reporting across production sites.
• Supporting BI tools for financial reporting and coordinating IT finance requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in costing (actual and standard costing).
• Experience with ERP implementation.
