Job Responsibilities

Leading IPO Process:
- Driving the entire Initial Public Offering (IPO) process, including strategic planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Serving as the primary liaison with the SET, underwriters, auditors, and other key stakeholders to ensure a successful listing.
- Managing roadshows, investor relations, and reporting during the IPO phase.

Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize the company’s growth and profitability, aligning with market trends in the property development and real estate sectors.
- Providing financial insights to support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations.
- Leading the preparation of financial statements, quarterly earnings reports, and disclosures for the IPO and beyond.
- Ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management:
- Establishing strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks to meet public company standards.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks related to property development projects and real estate transactions.

Industry Collaboration:
- Partnering with business units, including property development and real estate brokerage teams, to align financial goals with market opportunities.
- Analyzing property investment portfolios and evaluating financial feasibility for new and ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or other professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a property development or real estate-related business.
- Extensive experience as the lead person for IPO projects, with strong knowledge of SET requirements and IPO readiness processes.
- Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance, with a focus on real estate transactions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
