We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at a leading healthcare provider. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with standards and providing strategic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily finance department operations, including the receipt and disbursement of funds, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, managing budgets, and planning financial strategies.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including doctors and banks, to resolve financial issues and optimize fund management.
• Overseeing payments for medical fees and managing welfare fund contributions.
• Participating in hospital committees and ensuring financial operations meet industry standards.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity.
