Our client is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a new clinic. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring optimal patient flow and service delivery.
  • Managing clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of team performance and patient care.
  • Developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvement plans as needed to achieve clinic goals.
  • Ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Developing and managing the clinic's budget, including expense control and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Promoting the clinic’s services through marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in reproductive medicine and healthcare management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in an IVF or reproductive health setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in medical management software and electronic health records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
  • Proven ability to foster a compassionate and patient-centred environment.
