Our client is one of the leading alcohol and spirits retailers in Thailand. The company are now searching for a suitable candidate for the position of Retail Operations Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

• Manage the operations of multiple store across Thailand and drive business to achieve the targets.
• Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of staff across multiple locations.
• Foster a high-performance culture to achieve targets.
• Develop and enhance operational standards to ensure efficiency and consistency across branches.
• Ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Create and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations and maintain consistency.
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill team members and improve service quality.
• Drive branch performance to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability through effective strategies and execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports on branch performance directly to the owner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple retail outlets, ideally in the beverage or FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in recruiting and training staff.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sales and improving profitability.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel across Thailand.
• Good command of English.
