Responsibilities
Marketing Planning and Management
- Creating IMC plans by researching insights from own research or agencies, learning from competitors, and analyzing previous projects.
- Reporting to regional and local management teams regarding the budget.
- Working with finance and procurement teams to issue financial documents.
- Collaborating with e-commerce platforms and key accounts to execute marketing activities.
- Owning projects and managing relevant functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.
KOL Management
- Working with the KOL manager to select appropriate KOLs and choose content for boosting.
- Monitoring performance and creating reports.
Digital Marketing and E-commerce Marketing Support
- Collaborating with the social content team and digital agencies to create and set up ads.
- Attending weekly meetings with the regional team and agencies, and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Updating the weekly ad performance report for the local team and sharing suggestions.
- Monitoring competitors and sharing insights on their marketing movements.
Event Management
- Brainstorming with PR, Retail, and creative design teams to arrange events such as new product launches, media briefs, offline activities, and others.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English communication is essential (Chinese is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Marketing, Economics, Journalism, or related business fields).
- Digital marketing and e-commerce experience are not required, but an understanding of the digital marketing journey is essential.
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing investments (including both online and offline).
- 5 or more years of marketing experience.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter).
- Friendly, talkative, and enjoyable, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Passion for the tech industry (Smartphones, Tablets, Audio, and Smartwatches).
