Job Description

  • Thoroughly understanding the company's products, services, operations, and pricing.
  • Managing inbound customers by presenting and selling products and services to target customers, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Conducting outbound sales independently, including identifying potential customers, building prospect lists and contacts, determining the most effective approach, and introducing them to the company's products and services.
  • Following up on deals through to the signing of contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Providing training on the system, taking prospects on warehouse visits, and guiding them through various operational processes.
  • Participating in marketing events and supporting sales efforts in customer meetings as needed.
  • Finding opportunities for cross-selling or adding special services, and helping push new products and revenue for the company.
  • Conducting regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Utilizing Sales CRM systems by regularly updating and maintaining customer and sales data.
  • Collaborating with other teams, working with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Meeting quarterly sales targets, conducting meetings, and acquiring deals to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B or Warehouse Fulfillment sales (preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales conversions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and Google tools (Gdrive, Gdoc, Gsheet, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Technical proficiency with sales and communication tools.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
