Seller Onboarding Agent will be responsible for onboarding all Marketplace sellers through a wide range of soft skills, including pitching, negotiating, and advising sellers to complete all required steps for successfully starting to sell on the application.

  • Incubating newly onboarded sellers to ensure potential growth for the new sellers.
  • Adopting a consultative selling style and the structure and organizational skills needed to drive successful KPIs.
  • Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating both in person and over the phone, handling both transactional and high-value exposure deals.
  • The Seller Onboarding Agent should be proactive in building and defining customized negotiation/pitching strategies with key sellers they are onboarding and must be accountable and responsible for meeting agreed targets.
  • Online sales experience at a major online company is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Thai, with good proficiency in English.
  • Ability to interact with a broad range of businesses and present effectively, both over the phone and in person.
