Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee the super/hyper-market accounts at one of the most successful multinational companies based in Chonburi, Thailand. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and optimizing trade spend to ensure profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Managing and growing sales within super/hyper-market accounts, ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in key accounts.
- Demand Planning & Forecasting: Planning and analyzing customer demand, ensuring product availability and alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing business challenges proactively.
- Profitability & Trade Spend Management: Monitoring and controlling trade spending while optimizing account profitability.
- Negotiation & Business Agreements: Leading negotiations on trading terms, contracts, and business agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Data Tracking & Analysis: Utilizing sales data and market insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven 4 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience managing major retailers such as well-known super/hyper-markets.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data tracking, demand planning, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build lasting partnerships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in strategy planning and executing sales initiatives.
