Job Scope:
- Overseeing and managing operations related to export management, customer service, and the development of all export market segments.
- Ensuring that sales and profit targets are met and monitoring payment collections from each customer.
- Preparing and managing the registration and renewal of the company’s trademarks abroad, including the SOLE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENTS with international clients.
- Addressing issues, complaints, and suggestions related to food safety from customers and subordinates and taking corrective actions according to established procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Export Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new export markets and customer segments.
- Visiting international customers and building strong relationships with them.
- Proposing new products for the company and developing products based on customer needs, ensuring compliance with the standards and laws of the respective countries.
- Communicating and coordinating with international clients, relevant government agencies both domestically and internationally, as well as company executives.
- Calculating product costs, setting pricing, and designing promotional strategies to propose prices and drive sales.
- Controlling expenses to align with the estimated budget.
- Monitoring customer payments to ensure adherence to payment terms.
- Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, as well as various reports for strategic analysis to present to management.
- Creating sales forecasts to calculate the required amounts of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Reviewing the monthly production plan to meet customer demands and ensuring alignment with both machine capacity and labor capacity.
- Managing and preparing SOLE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENTS for international clients in line with company policies and market conditions of each country, ensuring compliance with the agreements.
- Managing and executing the registration and renewal of the company’s trademarks in all foreign markets.
- Summarizing KPIs for the export department and delivering them to the HR department.
- Addressing issues, complaints, and suggestions regarding food safety from customers and subordinates and taking corrective actions according to established procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 35-45 years old.
- Thai nationality.
- Proficiency in Chinese (speaking) and a good command of English.
- 3-5 years of experience in Export Sales within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in export sales (B2B or through distributors).
