Our client is a specialist logistics provider.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the following key functions:

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation.
• Overseeing four warehouse subsidiaries located in Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Samut Prakan, and additional external sites.
• Managing warehouse inventory, WMS program, stock levels, and space utilization to maximize storage capacity and minimize costs.
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasting needs, and controlling costs within the warehouse department.
• Developing and implementing logistics and warehouse support policies, procedures, and methodologies for the benefit of all mission units.
• Providing economical transportation under proper handling conditions, both locally and internationally.
• Delivering logistics solutions and project implementation for customers.
• Overseeing team development in the warehouse, ensuring the required training and development programs are in place for the business.
• Contacting and negotiating with suppliers and business partners, and building strong relationships with customers.
• Arranging transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial role in Warehouse & Logistics Management at a logistics provider. Experience at a multinational company is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Prior experience with WMS systems is preferred.
• Experience in lean warehousing practices.
• Good command of the English language, with computer proficiency.
