Responsibilities

• Leading and managing daily financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with Thai accounting standards and internal policies.
• Preparing quarterly and yearly reports for submission to the Head Office, ensuring they align with the global Financial Reporting Standards and organizational policies.
• Conducting financial analysis to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Managing cash flow, as well as accounts payable and receivable, to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, reporting requirements, and statutory filings.
• Working with external auditors and regulatory bodies to support audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to protect assets and minimize risks.
• Identifying and addressing any control weaknesses, and applying corrective measures to ensure robust asset protection.
• Supporting business expansion by providing financial forecasts, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborating with the executive team on long-term financial planning initiatives.
• Leading the annual budgeting process, and coordinating with departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitoring performance relative to budget, analyzing variances and offering recommendations to optimize budget allocation.
• Working closely with department leaders to ensure accurate financial forecasts, adjusting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, with demonstrated success in managing financial operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced analytical functions.
• Solid understanding of Thai financial regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
