Job Description
Our client operates a business in advertising production and acts as an agent for all forms of advertising across various types of mass media, including television, radio, movies, newspapers, magazines, and other media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Processing quotations and invoices, and managing petty cash.
- Preparing financial documents such as expense reports and budget sheets.
- Gathering data: Assisting in gathering financial data from different departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) to ensure all necessary inputs are available for reporting.
- Organizing and tracking quotations, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure proper documentation for accounting purposes.
- Retrieving and organizing bank statements for reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Compiling and organizing expense reports for inclusion in financial statements.
- Assisting in organizing bank statements and helping with the reconciliation process by comparing company records with bank records.
- Organizing data related to customer payments and vendor invoices, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable.
- Overseeing the setup operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Managing office procurement, including negotiating with vendors.
- Arranging business travel for staff and management, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, as needed.
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries.
- Managing and submitting expense reports, reconciling receipts, and tracking business-related expenses for the Consultant.
- Performing general administrative duties, such as answering phones, drafting letters, and handling office supplies for the accounting and finance departments.
- Preparing and managing the manager’s files, records, and office supplies.
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by your Manager.
Qualifications
- Thai nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Administration from a service, trading, or related industry.
- Strong background in managing all office admin functions such as reimbursements, procurement, and office supplies management.
- Background from a newly set-up company would be an advantage.
- Dynamic, flexible, and quick to learn.
- Fair command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and stand alone.
- The ability to start working immediately would be an advantage.
- Working 5 days/week near BTS Thonglor.
