Job Description
- Developing and managing financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitoring and controlling operational costs to improve profitability, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies.
- Providing financial analysis and support for business decisions, and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Preparing monthly analysis and management reports for VPs, the CMG Board, and ExCom.
- Fostering a collaborative environment within the finance department.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Participating in strategic planning initiatives and contributing to business growth strategies.
- Evaluating investment opportunities and their financial implications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a finance business partner.
- Proven experience in financial management, retail, planning, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
