Job Description

A leading IT solutions and software provider in South Asia, known for its stability and revenue leadership in the region. Located in a convenient area in Bangkok, close to the MRT. Looking for a Head of TA to lead recruitment strategy and team to drive headcount growth by 2025, overseeing budget, pipeline, and offers; strengthen employer brand through targeted programs, and align with HR and hiring managers on strategic recruitment goals and metrics. 

Responsibilities

  • Leading recruitment strategy, budgeting, and talent acquisition with a team of two.
  • Developing sourcing-aligned recruitment approaches for a smooth hiring process.
  • Sourcing, screening, and managing high-level, confidential candidate recruitment.
  • Tracking candidate pipeline, negotiating offers, and managing onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet talent needs and support backfills.
  • Overseeing recruitment initiatives, including university programs, internships, and social media.
  • Driving employer branding efforts through social media and EVP projects.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • Direct experience in the IT services business is a must, including experience from a recruitment agency specializing in IT roles.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and team management for at least 10 years.
  • Strong background in recruitment budgeting, planning, and end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Expertise in high-level sourcing, screening, and confidential recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams.
