Job Description

Stage 1: Initial Phase – Establishing the R&D and Innovation Center

  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders in the planning and design of the R&D and Innovation Center.
  • Assisting in designing the building structure, workflows, essential equipment, and facilities necessary for food innovation work.
  • Coordinating to ensure the centre meets all technical and operational needs for food product development.

Stage 2: Ongoing Innovation Development

  • Leading and developing innovations in food products, manufacturing processes, and machinery once the R&D and Innovation Center is established.
  • Working on designing, improving, and implementing new products (NPD) and enhanced products (EPD) with a focus on creativity and functionality.
  • Collaborating with Production and Sales teams to drive and support NPD initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Age: 35 years or older.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of relevant experience, including:
    • Experience in food manufacturing (any type of food product).
    • Experience in manufacturing machinery used in food production.
    • Background in consulting, research, or designing food product innovations.
    • Must have experience specifically in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Mindset: Open-minded, curious, and committed to staying updated on the latest knowledge, innovations, and technologies.
  • Work Style: Modern approach to problem-solving and project management.
