Job Description
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and consultation for our software clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAD/CAM systems and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and consultation to clients using CAD/CAM software solutions.
- Conducting software demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Performing software installation and commissioning at client sites.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
- Developing and maintaining user documentation and manuals.
- Delivering training sessions to clients on software usage and best practices.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in CAD/CAM applications.
- Technical background in engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
