Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting continuous technical improvement initiatives for facility, equipment, and production systems to align with plant business objectives.
  • Minimizing unplanned production losses by enhancing equipment reliability through a structured Reliability Maintenance approach, using the company’s Work System.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance standards, including specific tasks for maintenance, inspection, and lubrication, to mitigate risks and maintain equipment integrity.
  • Enhancing team capabilities through hands-on training and best practice sharing.
  • Driving loss reduction by strengthening maintenance standards, optimizing the breakdown elimination process, and monitoring and controlling maintenance work management and improvement projects.
  • Participating actively in the Reliability Maintenance Community of Practice (CoP) to share best practices and promote knowledge reapplication across the region.
  • Contributing to business planning and budgeting activities, creating cost-saving strategies for both the short and long term.
  • Supporting the execution of projects within assigned areas and shifts, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion. Communicate updates, work activities, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders, while assigning tasks based on workload, deadlines, and team member capabilities.
  • Ensuring optimal contractor and consultant engagement to maximize facility maintenance value, and support plant and contractor safety as well as food safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Prior experience with food processing, packaging, and product inspection equipment in food manufacturing is highly desirable.
