They are currently seeking a Senior Sales (Southern Construction Distribution) to join their team.
Job Description
- Promoting sales of products within the assigned territory (Prospecting & Selling).
- Conducting field visits with the sales and marketing team to meet existing and potential customers regularly.
- Interfacing closely with Dealers to ensure they achieve their sales targets.
- Finding new sales solutions to increase sales volume.
- Scanning and analyzing competitive moves in the market and identifying counter actions.
- Identifying market opportunities and guiding Dealers to secure business.
- Coaching, directing, assisting, and supporting the Dealers’ sales and marketing teams in improving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Controlling account receivables.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in sales, dealer sales, direct sales marketing, or business development in the construction business (experience in chemical construction is a plus).
- Experience working in the Southern region.
- Strong connections with key distributors (traditional trade) in the construction business.
- Own a car and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for work in upcountry areas.
