Job Description

Our client is looking for a versatile and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, drive Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives, and enhance People Engagement within their organization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to build employee competencies and support career progression.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop tailored programs based on organizational requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development activities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure development programs align with business strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and drive improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR roles, including generalist responsibilities, HR development, and engagement, preferably in the retail, services, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HRD programs and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
