Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PMO to collaborate with stakeholders in defining analytical needs, supporting projects from inception through completion, and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize business processes. This role focuses on establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking project progress, and delivering insights that support data-informed decisions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in business analysis, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business processes and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to communicate insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define analytical needs and business goals.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings in an actionable format.
- Providing ongoing analytical support throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessment, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- Ensuring project documentation aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the adoption of BI tools and data visualization techniques to make business insights more accessible.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analytics and intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in a PMO or project management environment.
- Proven experience in business analysis and reporting, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and interpretation of key metrics.
